Annet Mahendru

Mahendru is an Afghani lady born of a Russian father and mother who is a Hindu Indian mother. She has a good command of German Russian English. Annet Mahendru, born in India to an Indian father and a Russian father as well as an Indian mother, speaks fluently in both languages. When she was 11, she created a choreography which earned her a spot on German TV as a graceful Russian snow maiden, who turns into a lively Indian dancer. When she graduated at New York's high school, she earned her bachelor's in English degree from St. John's University. The classes she took in acting were at the HB Studios. She later moved on to pursue improvised comedy at the Groundlings School. Her parents were an Afghani Hindu-Indian mother and Russian father, who lived in Kabul, Afghanistan. She was only 13 when parents separated. Her father relocated the family to East Meadow New York. Television actress who is best known for her role as the former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova on FX's The Americans. She had a recurring part in Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
